Weigh In #1

Well today is the day.

I started counting calories in an effort to lose a few pounds and I promised every Friday I would provide an update.

Many of you responded to the post and even listed your current weight and goal weight.

I hope you’re finding some success.

My weight as of Monday was 208 lbs and my goal is to get down to 185 lbs.

This morning I stepped on the scale and was down to 205 lbs.

Not as much as I had hoped, but hey, it’s a start.

So how bout you? How were your first few days?
